Apple Cider Vinegar

I am learning the wonderful uses of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and I thought I would share some of them. First it is the acid medium that I use for soaking my bread. It has the best flavor, and makes my bread really moist, so it doesn't fall apart.

Samuel had a dry cough for months, finally I read on the internet that ACV helps, so I started giving him a drink with water, honey, and ACV, and within 3 days his cough was gone. I also rubbed it on Isaac's feet at night when he had a cough, since I couldn't have him drink it. It seemed to help. Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar is the best, because it is raw. It is a more expensive than the other apple cider vinegars, but for all it's many uses it is worth every penny and more. Plus they have a long shelf life. It's worth getting a year supply.
